Pretty active Monday in my Flagstaff, AZ real estate practice -- several buyers calling, one making an offer, final walk through to get ready for a closing. The week's off to a good start!
Meanwhile, here's what happened today in the rest of Northern Arizona real estate:
This information is complied by and based upon multiple-listing-service data from the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors® and is deemed reliable for sales reported to the association, but is not guaranteed and does not include all sales in the market area. This information covers all areas of Northern Arizona including Flagstaff, Parks, Williams, Winslow, Ashfork, Munds Park, that part of Sedona which is in Coconino County and other places too! Search the Northern Arizona MLS for your next Flagstaff home here.
If you know someone who wants to buy or sell Flagstaff real estate, send them to my website to get started: BestFlagstaffHomes.com -- from there they can search all listings in Flagstaff -- or have them give Ann Heitland at RE/MAX Peak Properties a call at 928-714-0001. For more information on Flagstaff houses, give me a call.
Each office of RE/MAX is independently owned and operated. Each agent is an independent business.

One out of six Coconino County trustee sales last week went to a private party. The others reverted to the banks holding the liens. Look for those to appear in MLS as bank-owned properties. The many that were scheduled but not sold may appear again -- they are probably working on loan modifications or short sales.
Hedlund Portion Sec. 38,T22N,R1E Cenlar $168,340.00
Bridgewater Lot 71, Ponderosa Highlands Wells Fargo Home Mortgage $267,424.47
Hendrix Portion Sec. 13,T22N,R8E USAA Federal Savings Bank $96,000.00
Encinas Lot 41, Ponderosa Highlands Provident Funding $180,000.00
Gunty Lot 298,Ponderosa Trails 3 Third Party Bidder $223,201.00

Flagstaff Arizona is a popular second home destination for two very important reasons:
Flagstaff sits at 7000 feet amidst ponderosa pines, temperate seasons and gorgeous natural beauty while every summer, Phoenix, which is two hours south, reaches temperatures of 115 for months on end.
As residents of Phoenix begin to anticipate another sweltering summer, fingers begin to click on Flagstaff's best website for second home buyers: Flagstaff Second Homes.
Choices for second homes in Flagstaff range from condominiums and townhomes to high end custom retreats.
Flagstaff is also a golfers paradise. Flagstaff has three gated golf communities, Forest Highlands, Pine Canyon and Flagstaff Ranch, as well as a relatively public golf resort, Continental Country Club, and a private, non-gated golf course, Aspen Valley.
Directly south of Flagstaff, Munds Park is a popular Second Home destination that also offers a beautiful golf course and many homes with a cabiny, woodsy feel.
With natural beauty, temperate seasons and a wide range of home choices, and with home prices lower now than they have been in the last 5 years, Flagstaff remains the number one choice for Arizona's Second Home buyers!
For more information, feel free to contact Eileen, a top producer with many Second Home Clients, who answers her phone and responds to emails!
