Astute investors are taking advantage of current real estate environment to purchase quality bank-owned homes in communities like Fountain Hills, Arizona. Indeed, you would have to go back several decades to find a more conducive environment for purchasing investment properties that offer the combination of low purchase price plus an active rental market with feasible rental income returns. Fountain Hills residents Emma and Gerry Morgan are two of those savvy investors taking advantage of the current inventory of bank-owned properties to build their future.
They are a great team. Emma is the motivation behind their home search, while Gerry provides the expertise needed to analyze the structural integrity of the home and to improve it, with experience gained from many years of investment property ownership and his years with the FAA servicing their flight location and radio systems. Together, they invest the elbow grease and painting talent as needed.
Buying rental investment homes in Fountain Hills is an easy decision for Emma and Gerry. They live in and love Fountain Hills, a small community on the far northeastern reaches of Maricopa County, on the eastern slope of the McDowell Mountains with beautiful views of the nearby Superstition, Goldfield and Mazatzal Mountains. They, like others, enjoy the hometown feeling of the community which offers world-class amenities. Fountain Hills has broad appeal for families wanting a quality place to raise children. It's also popular with second home, winter-visitors who want to enjoy the five incredible golf courses, outdoor recreation and small-town events that are the fabric of the social structure. It is this quality of life that also provides a great source of tenants for homes Gerry and Emma purchase.
Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate in Fountain Hills was a good fit for Gerry and Emma. The We-Ko-Pa Golf Course and Clubhouse
I took a drive out to one of my favorite locations just to the east of Fountain Hills and wanted to share one of the true gems of The Sonoran Life Style, We-Ko-Pa Golf Course and Club House.
Having grown up in Fountain Hills I’ve watched Fort McDowell develop much like Fountain Hills. Out of the Raw Desert was gently carved a thing of natural beauty. This golf course maintained the pure integrity of the desert while providing one of the most scenic and picturesque settings known to the Sonoran Lifestyle.
It’s a must see on your next visit to Fountain Hills, AZ.
This Course doesn’t have a single home crowding it’s fairways. Every Tee Box is like looking at a post card. Don’t let the view fool you, these are challenging courses fit for the best players.
We-Ko-Pa Golf Course and Club House, Fountain Hills, AZ
Offers the original Cholla course designed by Scott Miller and a second 18 hole course designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw. Over and above these to courses, the practice facilities are excellent and the Lord knows how much I need to practice.
If you can manage to tee off this month your game will be enhanced by a sea of Wildflowers like you’ve never seen in your life. The Fountain Hills wildflower season is in full swing and is the best I’ve ever seen since I moved here in 1973.
We-Ko-Pa Club House. Fountain Hills, AZ
Inspired by the Native American Culture, the We-Ko-Pa Clubhouse features a styling unique to the Sonoran Lifestyle and natural environmentent. Sloped entry ways and a wood beam canopy create a canyon like feel followed by a water and fire feature that is designed to symbolize the woven baskest that are so importance of the woven baskets that this tribe is so famous for. The We-Ko-Pa Club House features some of the best views available of our surrounding mountains, the McDowell’s, Red Mountain, Four Peaks and the Superstitions.
The We-Ko-Pa Golf Course Club House Fountain Hills, AZ
Has 10,000 square feet enclosed. Split into a retail golf shop, Lounge, Fine Dining and Multi use. Both ends offer outside patios with comfortable seating and spectacular views.
It's a must see on your visit to Fountain Hills. The Fort McDowell Nation also has a Radisson Hotel and Casino just minutes away from Fountain Hills, AZ.
