About Fort Mohave's Los Lagos

Fort Mohave AZ Real Estate - Los Lagos - Tropics In The Desert!

Candice A Donofrio 928-201-4BHC (4242) call/text: Real Estate Brokerage in Fort Mohave, AZ

Gorgeous, lakefront Los Lagos is one of my favorite slices of real estate in Fort Mohave, AZ.

I was cruising today, checking on a lakefront lot at Los Lagos that I have listed . . .

This is the scene right inside the secure, gated entry to Los Lagos.

Where else does the desert look so cool and . . . tropical?

There are a dozen or so homes available now, starting in the high 100s up into the upper 300s -- and lakefront lots starting in the mid 40s up to the mid 100s -- all have amenities like pool, BBQ, spa, media library, tennis courts, fitness center and the subdivision is flanked by Desert Lakes PGA Golf Course and The Greens/Cielo At Los Lagos Golf Club.

Some of the custom homes in Los Lagos are truly breathtaking.

How would you like to have your morning coffee or elegant dinner party on THIS balcony patio?

Fort Mohave AZ real estate doesn't get more prestigious than Los Lagos, a fabulous masterplanned gated community of Fort Mohave lakefront homes between Lipan and Boundary Cone, just a few miles from the Colorado River and Laughlin, NV. And Fort Mohave AZ Real Estate in zip code 86426 has grown to become a favorite among homebuyers in the Bullhead City AZ area because of the wide open spaces (the Fort Mohave Indian Tribe owns every other square mile outside Bullhead City limits), no city taxes, proximity to new, expanding, state of the art Valley View Medical Center, Jack Smith Park in Needles, CA, Oatman AZ and Laughlin NV.

Homes in Los Lagos are mostly lakefront homes, with numerous amenities such as tennis courts, pool, spa, BBQ, fitness center, media library and golf at Desert Lakes or The Greens/Cielo at Los Lagos, adjacent to 'Los Lagos proper'.

HOA dues are 101 a month--affordable for this gated, secure subdivision well managed by the Bella Vista Homeowner's Association.

I have some really creative and unique clients. This is the prized possession of one of my most fun clients. Her name is Candy The Wonder Dog.

It appears that Candy the canine is a lot like Candy the human--a bit on the girlie girl side!

I know. You just can't make this stuff up!

Candy's owner also has an awesome lakefront homesite property for sale in Los Lagos and he has recently reduced it to go toe-to-toe with any of the best deals in the area. 125 feet on on of Los Lagos' lakes for under $65,000!

I have builder resources to get your Fort Mohave AZ dream house built on this really beautiful waterfront lot in a gorgeous gated community with tennis, media center, pool/spa/BBQ, amazing sunsets and PGA golf nearby, so give me a holler and let's git 'r done!

Los Lagos, Fort Mohave AZ 86426: The Case Of The Gated Community Geese! :)

Candice A Donofrio 928-201-4BHC (4242) call/text: Real Estate Brokerage in Fort Mohave, AZ

Los Lagos, Fort Mohave AZ 86426 is such a gorgeous community! Very prestigious. Oodles of amenities!

We've had a breezy couple of days as Fall struggles to work its way into the area. 40 mph winds will drop signs, no matter how deeply I sledge 'em into the ground. Don't ask me how, but it loosens the most tightly ratcheted nuts and bolts.

So I am always running around to reassemble something or another.

Today, cruising town with Lunapooch in tow, straightening and replanting signs in Los Lagos, I noticed the beauty of the lakes shimmering choppily to the breezes blowing.

FABULOUS.

This was the coolest thing, though. A couple of unusual sunbathers on the shore of one of the man made, fish stocked lakes.

I will have to ask the HOA when they started letting GEESE into the subdivision!

(Yes, they are real!)

Here's what YOU can BUY in Los Lagos right now!

Land from 30k to 200k; homes from the mid 100s to 400s.

Talk to me. I know my way around.
