The planners of Power Ranch have breathed new life into the old notion of hometown neighborhoods connected in a greater community. What’s old is new again. And for good reason.
Great communities reflect the values of their neighborhoods. And vice versa. Power Ranch’s thoughtful design provides everything you will need for modern living with the hometown-rural feeling we all miss from the past. Shady tree lined streets are designed to discourage speeders. Lush landscaping will offer a cool respite on a warm summer day. Each neighborhood is built around a central park which is the hub of neighborhood activity. A place where neighbors meet and compete in a variety of sport courts and sports fields.
Kids can choose lots of things to do without leaving their neighborhood. And the feeling of belonging to a tight knit community is not accidental. Each neighborhood boasts individual character, diversity and variety...a variety of neighbors, amenities and recreation. But perhaps most important... a variety in and within your home.
The eleven neighborhoods at Power Ranch are knit together by a meandering trail system and all trails lead to the center of the community. There you will find the Community Park & Clubhouse with an abundance of recreational amenities.
Mountain View Neighborhood
The Mountain View neighborhood is graced by Sissoo trees and Petite Pink Oleander shrubs. A greenbelt, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, shade ramadas, and a playground with spring bouncers, super scoop, swing set and see saw are diversions to be enjoyed in the Mountain View Park.
The Groves Neighborhood
The Groves neighborhood is ornamented by Velvet Mesquite trees and Chihuahan Sage shrubs. A greenbelt, full basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, a shade ramada are all found in the Groves Park. A children's playground with swingset and spring bouncer are located in a greenbelt nearby.
The Vineyards Neighborhood
In the Vineyards, Evergreen Elm trees and the Silvery Cassia shrubs adorn the communities. The Vineyards Park spotlights a greenbelt, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches and shade ramadas. Children will love the play structure accented by a spring see saw, spring bouncer, tether ball and learning wall. Another children's playground is in a nearby greenbelt.
The Oaks Neighborhood
In the Oaks Neighborhood, the landscaping theme is live oak trees and Desert Ruellia shrubs. The Oaks Park offers a greenbelt, full basketball court, turf volleyball court, picnic tables, barbecue grills, park benches, shade ramada, a playground with a play structure.
The Orchard Neighborhood
The Orchard is planted with Willow Acacia and Outback Cassia. The Orchard Park sports a multi-use turf sports field is highlighted by terraced grassy seating, a shaded overlook and double-curved trellis. Children play at the play structure, swings, spring rider or turbo climber. The Picnic tables and benches encourage neighbors to gather. This park links a three mile walking loop through five Power Ranch neighborhoods.
The Arbors Neighborhood
The Arbors is accented by Willow Acacia trees and Silvery Acacia bushes. The Arbors Park sports lighted double tennis courts. The multi-use play field attracts games of all sorts while neighbors relax under shade structures. A children's play structure, spring rider, tubo climber and swings keep the little ones engaged.
Meadow View Neighborhood
The Meadow View Park offers a double overlay basketball court, multi-use turf sports field, shade ramada with picnic tables, barbeque grill and park benches. The Meadowside Park in the nearby greenbelt contributes a multi use turf sports field, children's play structure, shade ramada with picnic tables, barbeque grill, park benches and horseshoe pits.
The Grange Neighborhood
The Grange Park presents a basketball court, shade ramada, swing set and picnic benches and grassy lawn for neighborhood play. The landscaping is highlighted by Phoenix Mesquite trees and Dwarf Myoporum shrubs.
The Willows Neighborhood
The Willows Park offers a turf sports field, volleyball, play structure with swings and riding toys and a climbing wall. A shade ramada with picnic table, BBQ grill, and park bench rounds out this leisure location. Another park beckons to families with a half basketball court, multi-use turf play field, picnic table, BBQ grill and park bench. A nearby greenbelt features

The Knolls Neighborhood
The Knolls Park delights neighbors with a recreational softball field, shade structure, playground, picnic table, BBQ grill and park bench. Three smaller parks with private pools will be accessible to Knolls sub-association residents.
The Timbers Neighborhood
The Timbers Park provides another neighborhood oasis with a turf sports field, turf volleyball, climbing wall, swings, riding toys, seesaw and a shade ramada with picnic table, BBQ grill and park bench.
