Seville - a golf course & country club comminity - in Gilbert,AZ , as of today -- has 58 homes actively on the market for sale. Of those 58 homes: 19 are offered as a short sale & 3 are offered for sale by a bank -- These list prices range from $154,900 to $1,700,000.

There are 28 homes in the Seville subdivision that are in a pending status -- on the way to becoming a property that has sold! Of those 28 pending homes -- 12 are short sale & 8 are bank owned. Pending list prices are starting at $134,640 and ending at $749,900.

Since March 28th of this year -- Seville has seen 57 homes close escrow successfully! New people, couples and families have been become part of the Seville community. Of those 57 homes -- the average sold price was $259,545 average square footage was - 2,519 with a sold square footage price around - $101 dollars. Most of these homes took around 138 days to close successfully.
