A renter has no way of knowing the community "standards" about where to store their garbage cans, and no way to know what the landscaping "standards" are of the community unless the landlord shares these issues with them.
In today's market often times when a home owner wants to sell, but then sadly learns they will not end up with anything near what they want dollar-wise for their home, they end up deciding to rent.
Many of these landlords are not professional landlords, and do not have standard procedures and forms to give to their renters, and some do not even think about sharing the Home Owner Association (HOA) rules with them.
So they end up renting their property and are then shocked to get letters from their HOAs when the renter does things against the HOA rules -- but in fact the landlord never shared the HOA rules with the renter.

We just completed the stats for the month of January 2010 for the Gold Canyon Arizona real estate market. Some luxury homes that closed escrow during the month pushed the average price per square foot of homes sold for the month up a tad from the prior month, December 2009.

2010 Renaissance Festival in Arizona

I have lived in Arizona for over 17 years and have visited the Renaissance Festival almost every year. It never gets old! You can watch shows, enjoy the sights, shop, get henna art and eat enough for days! There is fun for the entire family!
Dates: The Festival is open Saturdays and Sundays, from February 6th through March 28th, as well as Presidents' Day Monday, February 15th
Hours: 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. rain or shine.
Location: The Festival is seven miles east of Apache Junction on US Highway 60.
Parking: FREE courtesy of Fry's Food Stores.
Tickets: You can always save with discount tickets at Fry's Food Stores - $18.00/adults and $8.00/children (5-12). Tickets purchased at the Festival Ticket Booth will be $2 higher. Senior (60 and over) tickets are $17.00 and are only available on the day of the show at the Main Gate Ticket Booth.
