In December 178 homes sold in Maricopa (172 in Nov) which is down 19 % from 221 homes sold in Dec 2010).

The median price of Maricopa real estate in December was $95,000 (91k in Nov). The median price in Dec 2010 was $86,000.

The average price was $45.79/sf in December ($45.92 in Nov). That is an increase of 11 % compared to $41.24 per square foot in Dec of 2010.

Maricopa real estate inventory is down by 10 percent from last month to 433 properties. Without counting Short Sales under contract, there are only 250 properties for sale in Maricopa AZ. The number of homes sold in Maricopa Arizona in December is down 19 % from 12 months earlier. At the same time prices are up 11 % year over year. The city of Maricopa has 2 golf courses but only The Duke golf course is located in a residential community. The Duke golf course is in the center of the Rancho El Dorado community in Maricopa AZ. Some of the houses in Rancho El Dorado are golf lots with views of the golf course from the backyard view fencing.

At this time there are 3 homes with private pool for sale in Rancho El Dorado that offer views of the golf course.
