Like many houses in the East Mesa area, homes in Sierra Ranch experienced big price increases during the bubble. Now after a couple rough years, current prices appear to once again be affordable to many Mesa home buyers. Prices also now appear to be more stable. Can it get much better? That's the big question on many peoples minds these days. The market indicators would lead me to believe that we are very near the bottom. But recent reports of a new wave of foreclosures leads me to believe that we will not see any real price increases soon.
