Sunland Village East is one of two Sunland Active Adult/55+ communities in far southeast Mesa Arizona. It's sister development, Sunland Springs Village is the newer of the two, and located about three miles to the east on Baseline Road. This community sits in an ideal location close to shopping, entertainment, and medical facilities. Sunland Springs Village is an Active Adult community offering single family detatched homes, patio homes, and townhomes. The community has it's own golf course, tennis courts, heated pools and spas, clubhouse and restaraunt. The residents are offered a myriad of activities from arts & crafts, classes of all sorts, clubs, entertainment nights, and many more activities. The community is very clean and well kept, as are the homes. There are year around residents, as well as the winter residents who come to escape the cold. Well the winter visitors are mostly gone now, as the temperature seems to be creeping up to the century level. Interestingly enough, my daughter in Kansas says it was 100° there today and it's expected to be that high tomorrow.

But anyway, the strongest buying surge may be over for a little while, however, there were several buyers who felt like the low spot in the market would come this summer, so they were going to wait a little while. That's okay, if you want to wait, if you want to believe that, but I really think that for Sunland Village East Homes For Sale and for most of the Phoenix East Valley neighborhoods, the worst is behind us.

We are getting all kinds of reports that the median price of homes for sale in the Phoenix market has dipped and will be on the upswing for several months now.
