ARBOLEDA RANCH-Homes near 24th Street & Baseline Rd

Driving down Baseline Road, I'm sure you've seen the signs for Arboleda Ranch. It's a community being built by Avatar, Joseph Carl Homes LLC. I wanted to see the models and have a better idea of what type of homes are being built there, so I stopped by to check them out. I walked through one of the model homes and the one spec home that is currently available. The homes are beautiful!

This is a gated community with only 31, spacious lots; the streets are lined with beautiful trees. Of course, South Mountain provides a spectacular backdrop to the area. The home elevations are a little bit different from most of the newer homes in the area. Versus the prevalent ranch-style stucco homes you find in most subdivisions, here you can choose from French Farmhouse, Classic Cottage, Santa Barbara, or Country Craftsman. Prices start at around $330,000 for homes at about 2960 square feet. Standard features include French doors leading to the outside porch areas, walk-in closets in all the bedrooms, granite countertops in the kitchen, large kitchen islands, three car tandem garages, and so much more.

The community is conveniently located at the foothills of South Mountain. And it is only minutes away from the freeway, downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport and the University of Phoenix. You can get to just about anywhere else in the Phoenix metro area in a short drive.
