About Phoenix's Fireside At Desert Ridge

This past Friday, my cell phone rang and the number was not familiar. When an out of state number is on the screen, it's usually someone trying to sell me a service or something similar. I sighed and told myself, "you never know."

The caller was a woman from California who lost her husband, sold her home, and sold her real estate brokerage. Wow, that's a lot for one year.

At first I was incredulous, thinking, "how did this person find me." Then she said the magic words, internet. The only way she could have found me was by reading an old blog of mine about one of my listings from ActiveRain! She asked about the neighborhood private school, saying the entire name. Immediately remembering the acronym, I told her, "Oh you mean SCA." She paused and said, "yes."

Ah ha!

Here we are 4 days later and I'm helping her find a rental in a North Phoenix area that is 15 minutes away from SCA (in traffic) that has neighborhood friendly amenities for her 2 young children. And when the lease is complete, she'll be a cash buyer for this area!

How neat is that. And because one of my listings was in that neighborhood, you can bet I gave her the complete tour of the area!

Del Webb has added 3 new single level floorplans at Fireside at Desert Ridge. Previous to these floorplans, Fireside at Desert Ridge has only had two-story homes.
