TALASERA IN PHOENIX AZ

Talasera is a gorgeous, gated community right at the base of South Mountain Park and 19^th Avenue in Phoenix AZ. The homes were built by Beazer Homes from 2002 to 2007. The lots are oversized, ranging from 11,000 plus square feet all the way up to 26,000 plus square feet and everything in between. The homes are all single level and showcase spectacular city and mountain views. Many of the homes offer roof acces via a spiral staircase to enjoy those wonderful views. Inside you will find spacious rooms, gourmet kitchens, and beautiful, custom accents all throughout the home.

Given that the community is at the base of the mountain, traffic is very minimal, which can be a definite plus. The public school districts are Roosevelt School District and the Phoenix Union High School District. There is a lot of growth in this part of Phoenix and new shops and restaurants are being built as I write this. Still, this section of the South Mountain Village has a rural like feel to it due to the vast amount of open land in the area. If you are looking for a home to get away from it all, yet still have the convenience of being able to get into town fairly quickly, Talasera is the place for you!
