Silverleaf is a very posh area in North Scottsdale. Arcadia at Silverleaf is a small enclave of around 80 homes/sites in North Scottsdale. These custom North Scottsdale luxury homes sit on the South side of Thompson Peak Parkway in the DC Ranch Master Planned Community. Arcadia at Silverleaf is a gated community though not on the North Side of Silverleaf gates.
Arcadia Silverleaf truly has some of the most amazing homes! However, many of the homes were purchased and/or built during our boom and now seeing the effects of North Scottsdale Foreclosures. The foreclosures in Arcadia at Silverleaf that have sold are well below purchase price!
