La Vida is a charming, small community located in North Scottsdale, AZ. La Vida is adjacent to the established Pinnacle Peak Country Club and at the corner of Pinnacle Peak and Pima Roads.
La Vida consists of 60 homes with a mixture of single level and two story homes. Many of the homes are situated around the lovely greenbelt near the entrance or near the community pool or tennis court. Additionally, some of the homes overlook the vibrant Pinnacle Peak Country Club golf course. Lot sizes are smaller which translates to lower landscape maintenance.
The first homes in La Vida were built in 1981 and the most recent home was constructed in 2000. A majority of the older homes have been beautifully updated with more current finishes. The average size of a home in La Vida is just over 2,300 square feet. The homes are ideal for year-round residents or seasonal residents who are looking for a "lock and leave" option.
One of the major benefits of La Vida is that the community itself is very tranquil, yet you are just moments from shopping, dining and more.
If you want to stay on property, walk over to the community pool and enjoy the Arizona sun. Or, play a round of tennis or simply stroll the quiet streets for exercise.
Just across the intersection is a large shopping complex with a high-end grocery store, AJ's, two drugstores, many local retailers including high-end consignment and a lovely art gallery, a dry cleaners and so much more. In addition, some of Scottsdale's favorite restaurants are across the street, such as Nick's Italian and Mastro's, an upscale steak and seafood house.
In addition to all of the shopping, dining and entertainment options across the street, La Vida's central location means you are also minutes away from additional dining and shopping, the 101 Freeway, medical care and so much more.
As of April 2010, homes for sale in Scottsdale's La Vida ranged in price from $449,000 for a totally remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home to $698,000 for a remodeled 2 bedroom plus den, 2.5 bathroom home on the golf course.
