Sun City Realtor. Sun City Realtor Invites Friends from New York to Visit Arizona

Amin and Lena did find me on the Internet. They looked at my Profile, find out  that I'm active agent in Arizona and in particular Sun City Realtor, Top Producer, Lifetime Member of President's Round-table, Certified International Property Specialist and that I was in business for many years.

They looked at Testimonials about Sun City realtor and decided to give me a call. They were thinking about relocating to Arizona in the near future, because they got tired of gloomy weather, long hours of driving and waste of time in the traffic. They started thinking to relocate to somewhere warm, more affordable and not so crowded. They choose Arizona.

Beside that Amin contacted me, because I speak Russian and his wife came from Russia too.  I was happy to show them a little bit of Arizona and Phoenix area in particular. I relocated to North West Valley in 1999 from Washington State, mainly because of the weather - too much rain! Friends informed me about unique community- Sun City and in December of 1999 we (me and my former wife arrived to Sun City).

Almost immediately I became a Sun City Realtor with Ken Meade Realty and started working with buyers and sellers in Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand and surrounding areas. Sun City Realtors at that time were "separated" from the rest of the world by having it's own organization of Realtors. It did not last too long. Now Sun City Realtors, realtors that work in this area, belong to much larger association of realtors. 

Been a Sun City Realtor is a little bit different than working for example in Phoenix area, because Sun City, Sun City West, Sun City Grand and some other close areas of retirement communities have their unique lifestyle, rules, regulations, fees and even floor plans. Realtor in Sun City usually works with people of certain age.

The same time Sun City realtors have access to the properties located practically anywhere in Northwest Valley of Phoenix, which enabled me to show Amin and Lena properties in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria. We looked at homes in different subdivisions, we looked at different floor plans. Amin and Lena wanted to buy a home with the swimming pool and we were able to find and look at several nice 3 bedroom homes that met their criteria. 

The main criteria in choosing a property would be proximity to a workplace, because the traffic in Northwest Valley of Phoenix could be a serious problem.  

This Fall Amin and Lena coming back to buy their dream home in Arizona.

These are words to remember, not just on this, Memorial Day 2011, but everyday. They should remind us to teach our children what it means to live free, and the responsibility that freedom demands.

On the note of remembrance, I was leaving for work today and my wife was watching "All My Children". A character was holding a Blue Star Flag, preparing to raise it with the Stars and Stripes to honor a member of her family preparing to deploy for combat. This at the same time the Discover channel was showing "American Chopper" as a marathon. My hat is off to the soap opera, and I give an epic FAIL to the Discover channel.

At least I live in Sun City where the population flies the flag, Stands for it when able, and knows what it has cost to keep it.
