Let me start by saying my oldest son who is 10 years old amazes me every day. Everyone who meets him loves him. I'm not just saying this....I've never even had a bad comment from a teacher. Sometimes it scars me....you know like the stepford wives. Anyway I call him my "little old man" because I swear he's 10 going on 70 and has always been this way. He holds intelligent adult conversations; which is more then I can say for a lot of people.
I took my entire family to a 7.5 acre piece of property for sale in Vernon, AZ to get listing photographs. The land has gorgeous views and a "seasonal" creek which runs after the snow melts and during monsoons. We walked the entire property taking the photos along the way as well as finding lizards, butterflies and bugs. We played along the "creek" which was running and had a wonderful time.
The kids whined and complained about leaving "work" and wanted to go back! As we were driving away my son asks me "so mom, how much do you have the property listed for?" I replied $60,000 per acre just because it is so special and there's not much, if anything, like it around. He replied (rather gruff I might add) "Well I wouldn't have listed it for anything less then $80,000 per acre!"
Gotta love that kid! So if anyone's looking for a bargain....I've got one at $60,000 per acre!

I am always bragging about our area being so beautiful. Here is just another sample of what I am talking about. Note the field of yellow behind the sunflowers. This field covers probably 3 acres, this is just a small portion of the total. It was absolutely breathtaking. The home I listed looks out over this view. Fantastic.
