  • Compared to the same month Last Year (Slide 1) most Neighbourhoods in Colwood BC show that Median Prices are doing a bit of a flip flop dependent on the Neighbourhood. The Latoria area remains the highest median priced area in Colwood BC. (some areas did not report enough sales to be included in this information).
  • The Spread between Average list and sales Prices in Colwood BC (slide 2) Year to Date, are relatively small for most areas indicating that the sellers are really taking note of their Realtors value Recommendations. (a spread of 1 to 3 % is considered a typical and healthy spread between asking and selling price, anything more is really harming the efforts to sell.
