- The Spread between Average list and sales Prices in Colwood BC (slide 2) Year to Date, are relatively small for most areas indicating that the sellers are really taking note of their Realtors value Recommendations. (a spread of 1 to 3 % is considered a typical and healthy spread between asking and selling price, anything more is really harming the efforts to sell.
