James Bay Waterfront Condo Listing...at the Top of Google in 1 Hour.

Because I and many of you Post your Homes and Condos For Sale here in Active Rain, Home Buying Consumers are finding them with their
Discrptive Key Word searches at the Top of the Page in Google.

This Morning I listed a Two Bedroom and Den waterfront Condo in Victoria for only $545,000.
I then....

  • Post the Listing on our MLS listing Service along with 20 photos, virtual tour link and Suppliament's such as a Seller Disclosure, Strata Plan and Bylaws( to make it easy for fellow Realtors and their Clients).
  • Our Real Estate Board also forwards our Listing to our National MLS web site Realtor.ca, where my listing will show up the next day for people anywhere in the world to find and view.
  • Our Borad Also Build an Independent Open House Web site, where I can post my Open Houses for any day of the week. This has become our main venue for the Public in Victoria to Find Open Houses
  • As a Re/Max Agent ...Re/Max International also posts my listing on their International web site.
  • I post the listing and details with photos and my virtual tour onto my web 2 main sites www.FredCarver.com and VictoriaHomesAndProperties.com
  • I write a blog post on Active Rain to help with the search engine placement to help consumer looking for a two bedroom waterfront condo in Victoria.
  • I also Post my Listingon Craigs List and a local Classified site
  • Plus I post to my Twitter and Facebook accounts

This afternoon I searched in Google for Victoria James Bay 2 Bedroom and Den Condo and found my Active Rain Blog I posted a hour before at the Top of the Page, three other posts from me were 2, 3 and 4, and further down my outside blog showed up. As the Saying goes what go online stays online, so two of the other posts showed this listing when it listed before at a much higher price...Now my New Blog Post is at the Top, Fresh with the New Much lower asking price.

How Neat is That !...Do you Think Your Clients will appreciate your efforts giving their homes this type of Internet exposure?.....My Victoria Home and Condo Seller Love it ! Plus when I show People this, they quickly decide to List their Home or Condo with me when I am Competing with other Victoria Realtors. Exposure of our Real Estate For Sale to the World and around their neighborhood online is what helps Sell real estate here in Victoria BC and elsewhere.

Put a discrptive key word heading in your title and throughout your Blog,
Internet marketing will work, with descriptive key word descriptions. Home and Condo Buyers are entering search descriptions for exactly what they are looking for, such as a Victoria James Bay waterfront 2 bed and Den Condo...
