Wordless Wednesday Winston at The Beach in Oak Bay
August 3,2009 was a Holiday in British Columbia Canada, called BC Day. And Yes I took most of the Day off with my Bride and my Best Friend "Winston" our 15 Year Old American Cocker Spaniel. We went down by the Oak Bay Marina in Victoria for a paddle. A Special Day For Winston :O)

Drowning In Paper....I'm Going Paperless Join Me .
I'm Drowning in Paper because I still file Documents and Everything in Print regarding Real Estate into Filling Cabinets or on my Desk Top :O(
When the Computer came into Real Estate in the late 80 and early 90's we were all told we could go paperless...That was a Lie. Now we seem to have ten times the amount of paper than we used too then. My Real Estate Contracts can be as large 12 pages or more many times. After Talking with Another Realtor in my Office Who Said he throws out everything after he scans his documents..I though there must be more to this and I like the Idea...So Here what I discovered and Plan to Start Doing.
I'm Going Paperless...Join Me if You Like. I Discovered an easy way to back up my Documents with a product call my Drop Box. All my documents are available on all my Computers or I can Go online going online to retrieve any of my Documents from any Computer, it Only Costs me $9Per Month for 50Mg of Storage. I also have automated this (and for safety I also back up on line with a product call Mozy for less than $5 per month for Unlimited Storage.
I suggest you Buy a Scanner capable of Scanning both sides of a document, to keep your document file size down. I'm looking at a Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanner,(also includes Acrobat 8 Professional) it takes a small amount of desk space and scans both sides of your documents in minutes and coverts the documents to PDF or J Peg format and Microsoft Document friendly and Yes there is a Mac ScanSnapVerison . All with the Click of One button, you scan then Email or Save on your Computer.:O) Or You Can Also use your office Photo copier with two side Scan Capability
So Join me and Go Paperless, stop keeping all that Paper or Printing it off to give people, email as much as you can.
