The Saanich Property Profile Report service was initially launched back in 2009 by the District, but has seen a few more recent updates and revisions, to now offer a quick insight and information resource compiled from a variety of sources (within the District of Saanich) in one convenient place about any one address within the District in Saanich.

We thought we would walk you through the steps in a quick tutorial.

Once you agree to the terms and conditions this window opens :

Then you can enter any address in Saanich (at the time of writing this information, none of the other Greater Victoria communities have this same service available yet, stay tuned)

Once you have entered a proper address, you will see the summary information available from the various departments in the Saanich District all compiled for you in one easy to read (and printable) page as seen here (reduced to fit the blog post).

For Home Buyers and and Home Sellers in Planning to buy or sell in Saanich this Property Profile Service is an excellent tool to see if there is any aspect of the property (as it pertains to the records at Saanich municipal hall) that may require any attention or further review..
As always these services will not be an absolute answer to all issues, but should give some insight to the current status and record at the Municipal level. Ask Your Friendly Realtor (that would be us, off course) To assist you with any questions that you might have.

WORDLESS WEDNESDAY IN SAANICH EATING WILD FRESH STRAWBERRIES

Love this time of year... For Breakfast I often have a cold cereal . we picked Strawberries from our Wild Strawberry plant we have in our back yard of our Saanich Home.
