Knowing your stuff will always be a giant boost to your confidence.

Knowledge = Confidence.

Self confident people radiate power with an aura that shouts, "I can!" When you're talking to clients, they want assurance that you are knowledgeable.

You get an ego boost every time someone says "I want to work with you, you seem to really know what you are doing." Knowing what comparable homes have sold for is invaluable when you are at that point of the contract with the buyer. Their level of trust in you is directly dependent on what you know.

Being uninformed and in the dark will not help your business grow. In fact, it will hinder your progress and prevent your success.

You cannot bluff or hesitate your way through real estate sales. You must know what you are talking about. Self confidence and knowledge are prerequisites for your success.

1. View several properties a minimum of 2 times a week.
2. Learn your board's computer programs inside and out and how they can work for you.
3. Regularly talk to other successful executives about their Real Estate situations and how they overcame them.
