During Your Contract We collect rents, conduct quarterly inspections of your property, arrange repairs and maintenance as required and conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections. We will also handle evictions, court settlements if necessary and all other issues pertaining to the Residential Tenancies Act. Each month you will receive a detailed statement, and your rental balance will be mailed to you by cheque, direct deposited, or any option convenient to you.
