ANOTHER BUSY WEEK IN ARIZONA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MAKING IT HAPPEN DAILY

The Phoenix real estate rental market is alive and kicking. We receive hundreds of phone calls on our rental listings. This tells me that people cannot obtain a conventional mortgage. So, the only alternative left is to rent. However, we have many real estate investors both inside and outside of American purchasing Arizona foreclosures to convert them into Arizona rentals. We call this the Buy and Hold Method. Being a property manager is not easy becasue we act as the go between the landlord and tenant.

ON TOP OF THE ARIZONA REAL ESTATE MARKETHere is a normal week for myself see below:

  • Qualifying rental candidates via the phone
  • Calling job and personal references
  • Handling evictions
  • Collecting past due rent including late fees
  • Tenants calling in repair requests
  • Dealing with HOA CC&Rs with tenants
  • Prospecting new landlords to hire Properties R Us to do the Arizona Property Management
  • Marketing to both tenants and real estate investors
  • Networking with other professionals in the Phoenix real estate market

This is enough to get me started. I can write down another ten items that I do behind the scenes to keep both parties happy. Real estate is a team sport. Making it happen one day at a time
