He's cute :) You have a few links to give some motivation going to the homebuyers up in Fairbanks :)
Zup man! Haven't heard from you in awhile... I reckon that the days are getting much longer and it is time to start enjoying life...
You tell them, Jesse! Low prices, low rates AND tax credits/rebates? I'll bet you bunches of buyers AREN'T waiting...
I love that critter. Hope the announcement about the down-payment brings you more business but there are flies in the ointment.
Great information, and that picture is something else! Thank you so much. I hope this will get them off the fence because it really is time to buy now.
Jesse...
There is nothing to wait for! There is no reason not to buy right now!
Now is the time to buy! I love your picture!
Hey Jessie,
Loved the photo. At this point we've really seen lots of first-timers enter the market, the tax credit seems to me a darn good incentive, not to mention best prices and interest rates in years!
BTW, we also have a state tax credit here too in CA for new homes. Got one in escrow right now, the buyers will received a total of $18,000 tax credit. $8 from the feds and $10 from the state (this one is divided over 3 years). Sort of wished I was a first-timer myself.
That's a sweetie :) the picture I mean. We are seeing some locking at 4.5%. Soooo exciting. ~Rita
I love your spokesman! Hope this gets them jumping into the buying pool. Is the ice off the pool yet up there?
You covered all the reasons to jump off the fence and buy that home of your own now.
How much did your spokesman charge you?
Great rates, huge selection and don't forget the $8,000 tax credit. It is time for the buyers to get off of the fence or they could miss out on a wonderful home buying opportunity.
There's not been a better time to buy in a long time...get off the fence before it too late!
My, what long claws that squirrel has -- great for scratching out the eyeballs of those buyers who can't make up their minds, LOL. Just kidding. Squirrels wouldn't harm a termite.
Hey Jesse Love, he's a cutie. This is a great way to let the locals know that now is the time to buy!
Now THAT is eye-catching. And the message ain't bad, either. Too bad renters don't seem to be listening, or reading, or taking advantage of this opportunity.
Hi Jesse! Just checking in with you! Saw this post and love it. Seems we're suffering from the same buyer-on-the-fence syndrome as you! Hopefully some are jumping off and with the rates and first-time homebuyer federal tax credit--buyers just can't beat this buying time, that's for SURE.
Have a wonderful week!
