The Homer City Council and Planning Commission have decided to create a Plan for the Homer Spit. The plan will determine development and recommend improvements and zoning reulations for the Spit. Anyone who has any interest in the Homer Spit should be involved now not later in helping to mold the plane for zoning and regulations.
