Realtors Nationwide Reporting Buyer Activity
Jason Ballek is keeping things moving up in Fairbanks and North Pole, Alaska. Selling homes in Alaska has just as many obstacles right now as with anywhere in the country, but Jason said business is certainly not dead.
Rather, it's very much alive as Jason is averaging one to two closings a month with HouseHunt. For his market this is great and Jason is beyond happy with our service.
One thing Jason discussed with us was how important it is to immediately contact prospects. He admits there have been times he missed opportunities to work with a buyer because he didn't respond promptly.
Still, Jason continues to utilize the TIM System very effectively and this allows him to juggle numerous buyers at once. He is confident that things won't dry up within a month, because we continuously provide him with buyers from all over the country.
HouseHunt recently released it's First Quarter Survey, National Housing Market Recovery Near?, in which its Member Agents reported on their local market conditions nationwide. Like Jason Ballek in Alaska, agents nationwide are reporting increased buyer activity.
