A subrecipient of AHFC

is pleased to announce that we have additional

HOME Opportunity Program (HOP) funds!

There is now an additional

$350,000 available

to qualifying low-income homebuyers for

zero-interest HOP loans

(in amounts from $6800 to $30,000 per family)

to help with down-payment and closing costs!

If you or someone you know is a first-time homebuyer, can pre-qualify for a home loan, and has an income under the program limits listed below,
