Everyone has a reason for selling. You just hope it's a good one when the inventory numbers go UP and the amount of sales go DOWN!


Thankfully, I have talked a couple people out of putting their condos on the market right now. They are just going to be chasing the price for what they wanted to list, and I think they really appreciated my honesty, rather than taking an overpriced listing that will not sell.

Hi Mara...Wow that's a pretty complete sales Stat for your area, Looks like sales have slipped a little over last year. It always about Price, Curb Appeal and the Realtor you choice, make sure they tell you what they're going to do to get your home Sold, and Yes take their advice.
