Both Auburn and Opelika seem to be weathering this economy in the housing market ok, perhaps Opelika a tad better. I've seen far worse market stats in areas like California and south Florida Mara, so count yourself in a good area. Tremendous detail. I love it. Particularly the year over year comparisons.
