Longleaf Green offers great interior detail

Last week I showed part of the kitchens in one of our new home plans in Longlead Green, part of the Grove Park community in Dothan, Alabama, and the response was fantastic.

This week, here is what I didn't show before. Look at all of the great detail.

Longleaf Green is a new 34-home neighborhood with several great homesite locations to choose from.

The homes are characterized by great exterior designs with many quality architectural features and remarkable interior layouts - with features like this kitchen. This is an Energy Star certified neighborhood.

Longleaf Green has a small passive park around which the homes are built, and this carries through the open space and landscaping found in the larger Grove Park community.

There are 3 floor plans available: Magnolia, Dogwood, and Willow, and home range in size from 1,185 - 2,946 for a 2/2 to a 4/4 and begin at $399,000.

For more information, visit LongleafGreen.com or drop by.

Longleaf Green is located close to the Flowers Hospital, parks, shopping, and other major attractions - off US 84 West (West Main Street) just west of Odom Road. Once inside Grove Park, turn left onto Orchard Circle as you come off the roundabout. Your next left is Arbor Gate Way, and you'll see Longleaf Green straight ahead.

Steve:  I could look at photos of model home kitchens all day and never get bored.  Why can't my house look like this?  Oh...that's right.  I'm never here to clean it.  :)

Chris Ann,

Thanks. It sure is easy to keep a model home kitchen clean because it never gets used. :)

Steve

Beautiful photographs Steve.  It tells me that if you care about the photographs to post the very best, you also care about your clients.  Pictures do tell a story.

Kenneth,

Thank you. Those are great comments. I appreciate it. :)
