Stephen, I'm amazed that your median age is so young.  Now 207 sunny days that's a biggy for me. 

Jennifer, a lot of our business is working with people who are relocating to the area. These are the types of questions they are asking. So, we thought if we already had it compiled for them that it would be useful.

Marchel, that caught me off guard too! Homewood though has been a popular place for a lot of young professionals due to it's convenience to downtown and local shopping districts.
