Hello Hello Hello!!!

Well the weekend is here and the weather is FANTASTIC!! As you all know, I LOVE HOMES and everything about homes. In our area, Huntsville and Madison have some of the most outstanding homes in the nation. Additionally, our market is pretty steady and the affordability of homes in our area have the attention of potential buyers, investors, and relocation families from all over!! One of the things I have loved to do every year is to attend the Building, Home, and Remodeling Show that is sponsored by the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association. I attended this event even before I became a Realtor.

Today the event will last until 7:00pm and tomorrow Sunday March 2nd the event will last from 12 noon through 5:00pm. There is a cost for the event.

  • Regular Admission - $5.00
  • Senior Citizens (60+) - $4.00
  • Children 12 & Under - Free (must be accompanied by an adult)

Huntsville Real EstateThe event is going on this weekend in the South Hall of the Von Braun Center. I encourage you to go if you are thinking about purchasing, selling, building, or remodeling a home some time in the future. Even if you don't fall into one of those categories and you just want to go out to a fantastic event, I still encourage you to check it out. I'm sure you will find something there to catch your attention. I hope you check it out and come back to tell me all about it!!

It's good for agents to go, Kimberly, as well as consumers. It's a great way to learn what's new in the market, the costs, and be able to add value to our clients.

Kimberly, we just had the Home and Garden show here last weekend. Not only did I get the chance to go, I got the chance to work it as well. Were you able to work yours as well? These are great opportunities to what new things are out there and available for our clients.
