Only 3 miles from McMullen Cove is the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail - Hampton Cove. Built on 630 prime acres, the Hampton Cove Golf Course is surrounded by tall oak, pine and maple trees, majestic green mountains and meandering lakes and offers some of the most attractive golf scenery in Alabama. Designed by golf architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the 54-hole championship golf course offers options for golfers at any skill level by offering up to five separate tees per hole. All greens are to USGA specifications with Pencross Bent grass on the Highlands Course and Short Course and Tift Dwarf Bermuda on the River Course.
