Knox Creek Subdivision, Madison Alabama

This unique little neighborhood has been a long time favorite of First Time Home Buyers and Real Estate Investors alike. Its location is also somewhat unique, just a couple of blocks from Hwy 72 and 2-3 miles from one of Madison's major shopping areas. It is located on the Huntsville / Madison city limits off of Balch Road...(there are some strange boundaries) and is found on the MLS in the Northwest Huntsville Area. When I drove through Knox Creek Subdivision located in Madison Alabama, I took several pictures of a few homes for you to view.  It is so hard to find homes in Madison Alabama in this price range and I think Knox Creek has so much to offer!  A creek borders the back of the subdivision and there is a neighborhood park.
