Las Vegas here I come!!! A much needed vacation!!!

Hey Everybody...I am new to AciveRain. My good friend Debbie introduced me to the site and I am excited to be here.

I thought it might be good to get started by writing about my trip to Vegas. I am headed there tomorrow. I am very excited. I love Vegas. I love to gamble. I guess all realtors are gamblers in a sense - don't you agree?

I have been very busy with real estate along the Alabama Gulf Coast. I am licensed in Alabama and Florida so I stay pretty active. Yes, we are like the rest of the country - we have seen a slow down. But the good news is that - we at least have some buyers and some construction.

There are some great deals at the beach right now!!! Tell everyone to come see!!!

It has been a crazy few months for me. I had 6 closings in 30 days and I am presently working on four (4) transactions. I am not bragging. I just think if agents hear some good news for a change it might brighten their day.

Back to the Vegas trip - I love going to Vegas because I come back soooooo ready to work. I am excited about 2009 and I hope to accomplish all of my goals. A quick trip to Vegas will help me get rejuvenated so I will be ready for the New Real Estate Year!
