USDA loans have been feeding my family during this mortgage crisis. They are easy loans to do. They are fun loans too. I love putting small young families into thier first homes. Although the program does not require that you be a first time homebuyer. That is what I see alot of with these types of loans espically with the Tax Credit. More on the Tax Credit later.
