• A monitored security system.
• Prewired for cable and computers in every room.
• Wheel chair accessible (36" doors, ramps, handicapped shower, etc).
• Grab bars in bathroom.
• Marble in the bathrooms.
• Floors with ceramic tile or hardwood (for alergy and wheel chair reasons).
• Double-paned windows.
• Extra insulation.
• Point of use instant hot water.
