3 Hours CE Meeting Date March 11
If we have enough interest in the CE Class our monthly meeting in March will move to Thursday the 11th, 8:00 am to 11:30, due to a conflict with Huntsville City School's spring break. Thanks to Donna Lamb and Russ Russell for bringing this to my attention.
National School of Real Estate has agreed to collect funds and handle the paperwork for our CE credits.
We now have 18 commitments. We must have a minimum of 25. Please confirm if you are interested in attending this event.
Instructor: Bill Moss, CCIM
Class: The Cash Flow Model as it applies to a down market and Net Present Value. Spread sheet analysis tools are included. There will plenty of Q&A opportunity. Class is intended all levels of expertise.
Cost: $40 NALCOM Members, $55 Non-members
Payment: Check or Credit Card. Payments must be received prior to Feb 18, 2010.
