Jennifer Found a Home in the School System She Wanted: Evidence of Success

School_parent_and_childHere's a quick note to let you know how we can help anyone you might refer to us.

Jennifer had two wonderful and bright children. However, she was not pleased with where they were going to school and the school system it was a part of. She wanted to move to a home that would put her and her kids in a school system she felt would better meet their needs.

Having already selected a school system Jennifer came to us to help her find a home that would fit her budget and help her children get into another school system. We were able to help her find a home zoned in the school system she wanted and negotiated for her a price that fit well into her budget. Today, Jennifer is pleased with the education her children are getting. She and her children are also living in lovely home, in a quite neighborhood, on a tree lined street.

PS. Who's the next person you know who is looking to get a home in a different school system? Be sure to give us a call to discuss how we can let them know about our services. Thank You!

In my area, moving into a particular school district does not guarantee that the children can go to those schools, this is a disclosure issue for us! you are lucky that this is not an issue in your area, thanks for your post

Jean, it is an issue in our area! This is why this story is about someone who had already selected the system they wanted. We didn't select it for them. (That's not legal!) Our MLS will allow us to search by school, but obviously an address must be verified with the school system if it is important.

Stephen - I met a mom at one of my open houses not to long ago who wanted to live in a particular area so her son would autoatically be accepted into a particular school district.  So I know schools definitely motivate parents to move.
