The pool at Legacy Grove is open for the homeowners!!!
The swimming pool at Legacy Grove is 30 X 60. It is a sport pool model which is 3 foot deep at each end and 6 foot deep in the middle. The pool uses the salt system for chlorination.
The pool was paid for by the developers so the home owners only have to pay for the maintenance. The Homeowner fees at Legacy Grove are $240.00 per year.
The lounge chairs were donated by the builders EMW Construction, Inc and Sides Construction, Inc.
Legacy Grove is located in Limestone Alabama and is close to Madison, Huntsville, and Athens. The subdivision is short drive from Redstone Arsenal and Research Park. The subdivision has homes starting in the low 200's to the mid 200's. The subdivision also has a club house, playground. It will have tennis courts in 2009.
Most homes in Legacy Grove have 3 car side entry garages, granite counter tops, lots of tile and hardwood and are all brick. Many of the homes have large sunrooms on the back side.
The Winn Team specializes in new homes on the west side of Huntsville. This includes Madison, East Limestone, Athens, and Huntsville.
