This area which includes some property within the Hoover City limits and other in unincorporated Shelby County had an average salesprice of $377,571 with prices ranging from $146,900 for a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath at the Narrows to 1,098,000 for a 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath home in Greystone Legacy. The median salesprice was $305,000. 26 closed sales were new construction. Currently there are 811 homes on the market which represents a 10.01 month supply.
