Ann - You're right on both counts. I am anxious to share hat i earned. Right now I am on information overload...tired and glad to be back home in Alabama!
If we could ever get the market to return to the time when owning a home was the American Dream and not a 2-year investment opportunity, people would realize that any time is a good time to buy a place to live in for the rest of their lives (like my parents and grandparents did).
Russel - you are right. I am working with a young 1st time buyer couple who want to buy a house wherethey can raise a family. They don't want to buy for the short term. I've not encountered 25 yr olds with this plan before now.
