Condo Lending

Are there any condo lender out there? The answer is yes. No loans are perfect now a days, but we still have outlets for condos. We are still closing them. Barr Group has been approved with two new lenders that are "condo friendly" lets see how they go. We should have conditions on our first loan early next week.
