Welcome to the second installment of how to sell you home your self. I decided to write about this topic because around Cabot AR there are plenty of homeowners that want to try and sell their house themselves. This week I would like to explain some of the paperwork you will need and some ways you can market your home in Cabot.

2. Marketing your home. Here are some things you can do to market your home and bring potential buyers in.

You must remember to market your home towards agents they are the ones with the majority of buyers. Make a flyer and drop it off at some of the real estate offices in Cabot. Besure to put something on their about agent compenstion or they will not bother with it. There is also the issue of being able to market your home to out of town buyers. The use of the internet will be the most effective way of doing this. Go to sites like zillow.com & point2homes.com and put your home on those sites. Be sure to include pictures.
