Out of the Mouth of Babes..A Special Pen... Ft. Smith Real Estate

Kids say the darnedest things!! The are extremely honest. The are at times, "No Holds Bared!" Kids see things from a more clear, true, and realistic eye than we as adults often do.

Having children of my own, I've been down that winding and often funny road.

Yesterday, I had an Open House at 516 May Ave., in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. It was a great open house. I had several visitors, and several positive comments. There was 1 visitor that stood out the most.

Soon the parents entered as well as their little daughter. I spoke to this little girl and she was shy. I tried to engage her in conversation throughout their visit, and still I received little to no response. Until, we were looking at the exterior, and the little girl takes off running for the van. Her father called to her and she said she had to find something. He said, "What are you looking for?" The little girl replied, "This!"

The little girl walked up to me and gave me a pen. The pen was simple. The pen said, "For His Glory". The little girl then asked me to visit her church. I asked how old she was, and she was only 4 years old. How profound? Leslie, that's the little girls name, is a remarkable young lady. Her father is the pastor at For His Glory Church in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.

I have received my share of pens, and I am very appreciative of every one of them. I've even taken a few from my church. Father forgive me!!! If my pastor's reading this post, pastor you forgive me too, lol. But this pen from Leslie means the most to me. It writes black ink (blue in real estate), but this pen was with me the entire day.
