Tinker - That seems like an astonishing price for such a wonderful looking home. My goodness, when you stop to think about it, it equates to only about $50.00 a square foot. Amazing!
Tinker, I used to have a fireplace almost like that one. Everyone wanted a rock fireplace that took up most of a wall in the 70's. We also had the insert!! I hope you get it sold.
