My Active Rain Experience

It has been a while since I logged on to AR, why? I have been searching high and low for different web sites and wanted to see what else out there for me to explore. I signed up as a AR member just a few short months ago, has read, learned about blogging, still in the process of learning. But I found out one thing, Active Rain provides the most in depth "training" for me. I read so many other blogs on other major real estate websites, but when I need to do researches, looking for ideas, and materials, I always come back to AR. There is something about AR that makes it stands out, it is like I went to some great seminar.

Talking about seminar, I just did my 1st one last week, at a local Fire Station, with 27 firemen there. I teamed with a local mortgage lender, it was a great experience. I am glad I did it, and look forward to doing the 2nd one, and on.......... I found some good topics from AR, and helped me to put my fliers together.
