Yesterday was a busy day. I had no time to check on my favorite bloggers.
The flea house, which still has fleas, is listed again. I told them that I'd just put a warning on the door to watch for fleas or spray or wear waders! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! An agent at the office accused me of being a carrier because she found a flea in our workroom!
I then took photos of another property that has ten acres with a barn and an old house that the owner is redoing. He has some classy looking stuff in the part of the house that he has finished. He intended to make an RV park to house all the people in here doing gas drilling. Plans have changed and he needs to move on. (Look at the size of these trees!) If you know of anyone who wants to invest in an RV park that has a good beginning, let me know.
Owner has made a very nice kitchen, hasn't he! Better not let that nosy dog in or he'll chew it all up!

Hey Barbara, interesting kitchen with no upper cabinets! (What are you doing up so early?:)
Charles, this seller says it is the latest trend to have no upper cabinets. I had a house listed several years ago with no upper cabinets. It guess that lady was a trent-setter. It is not early in Arkansas. It is early where you are so what are YOU doing up so early? Or why are you up so late? LOL
It is an interesting look. I was up till 1am and up again at 4:30 to finish this report before my 9am inspection. I will be blogging about why later:)
yes, barbara.. .an interesting kitchen with zero upper cabinets, and the countertops seem (at least from your photo) to form a complete circle... with no entry ... so the only way to get INSIDE the kitchen, to the stove is to crawl under the cabinets (like the entry to a bar?)
I don't get it?
Charles, you really are addicted. It must be a LULU blog! (I think that is southern speak for really great or outstanding.)
Alan, the kitchen does have an entrance but it isn't huge and it is very bar-like.....bachelor pad type. In fact the house has one bedroom! In fact, it IS a bachelor pad! Thanks for comments.
I think it's hip but there better be storage space somewhere else. It reminds me a bar in a restaurant. Looks like a great place to entertain.
Barbara - It's great that you're so busy... Does the dog come with the house...? :)
That kitchen gave me the impression of a bachelor kitchen. What woman would want to do all the bending
to get things. Of course there could be slide out holders of dishes etc. Is that what he did?
The dog area reminds us of friends who converted a bedroom for their two golden retrievers complete
with an outside ramp entry with doggie door.
Interesting property and thoughts about a trailer park.

Barbara, that was one of the first things I noticed too, No upper cabinets... Hopefully Fido will stay outside...
Barbara,
I thought the Rotweiller was adorable. They are very territorial, did he try to bite? No upper cabinets, I can't imagine.
Michele, I think entertaining might have been the goal! Just come to the bar and get served!!
Debi, that dog was pretty well behaved except for sticking his head up in my picture. There was another smaller dog who was a spoiled baby! LOL
Don and Paula, thanks for reading. I've been too busy to drag out old photos. Keep enjoying your vacation.
Michael, he says it is the newest thing! The other house that I had with no upper ones had surrounded the kitchen with windows instead of upper cabinets and it looked nice!
Mary, it I'd known it was a Rotweiller, I'd have fled. They will eat you alive, I've heard! I think no upper cabinets might be for non-cookers. LOL
Barbara - I think the kitchen looks warm. But the Rotty doesn't make the place look to welcoming - they are great dogs, it's just that nobody who knows dogs understands them!
Barbara,
Is that the guy responsible for your being infested with fleas? Is he the culprit.
Carol, as I mentioned in another comment. I didn't know he was a Rotty. I'd have been scared of him!
Steve, this big guy didn't live at the flea house although he probably cultivates a few. Knowing him better now, I'll keep my distance.
