Then you 'll want to check out Apache Junction’s Superstition Shadows Aquatic Center, located at 1091 W. Southern Avenue (between San Marcos and Ironwood Road ). The facility has water slides, a diving area, a play area, picnic ramadas and also there are water aerobic classes, swim lessons, and the ability to reserve the pool for private parties. The pool opened for the summer season on Saturday, May 24 and will continue to be open until Monday, September 1, 2008 . Beginning on Saturday, August 4 the pool will only be open on weekends and holidays. The pool will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on July 4th to accommodate the holiday. Stay cool.
