Well, I am back from Hawaii. It was just what he doctor ordered! I am refreshed and motivated to get back to what I do best....... help people with their real estate needs.
While I was on vacation I thought allot about what I do. I thought about why I am in real estate and what I needed to do to reach the next level of success.
I started to think about the boundaries of my success. Boundaries? Why would I think I had boundaries? I realized that my thoughts and my beliefs are a very powerful element of success. We can never be more successful than the limits/boundaries we have set for ourselves. We have thoughts and beliefs about how successful we want to be, but do we really believe we are capable of reaching the level of success we desire?
If I think and believe I am capable of earning $100,000 a year, I have to put it into action to make sure I earn that $100,000.
My thoughts and beliefs are not the truth but I can make them the truth - subconsciously - and I will always be loyal to and live up to my truth. All my actions will be in alignment with making my truth a reality.
My sales success = My sales skills + My thoughts/beliefs.
Get Motivated!

Nice Post! I feel the same way that you do, except I need my vacation in Hawaii NOW! I am a PART TIME agent who is very close to making $100,000 this year because of my thoughts/beliefs, skills, and most important MY ACTIONS! You can have all the good thoughts/beliefs and skills in the world, but without ACTION, you have NOTHING!
Hi Brad,
Nice message! I think that many individuals could help themselves be more successful, by first convincing themselves that they can achieve their goals. You did a good job stating this!
